Graduate Internships
The Coca-Cola Company is committed to attracting the best and brightest graduate school professionals in the country. Your previous work experience, knowledge and skills are highly valued and will be beneficial to your success as an intern.

MBA and graduate school recruiting is conducted on various campuses across the U.S. Graduate interns are expected to contribute to the success of The Coca-Cola Company through innovative ideas and value creation. Based on successful performance and the talent needs of our business, interns may have the opportunity to become full-time Coca-Cola employees.

Our graduate interns are most often sought after in Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance functions.

  • Marketing interns work on exciting projects such as packaging redesign, new product launches and line extensions.
  • Supply Chain interns work on business projects involving strategic analysis and work with cross functional teams representing sales, finance and our bottling partners.
  • Finance interns work on strategic projects involving financial modeling, quantitative methods and cost accounting.

Undergraduate Internships
Undergraduate interns benefit from learning beyond the classroom when they gain hands-on experience with the world's leading beverage company. Interns who perform well have the opportunity to compete for available full-time positions upon graduation.

Undergraduate interns are sought after for Finance and Sales functions.

  • Finance interns work on strategic projects involving financial modeling, quantitative methods and cost accounting.
  • Sales interns are leaders, creative thinkers and have excellent communication skills. Sales internships often serve as on-the-job-training for our entry-level Sales Associate role.
