Meet Our People

What are the secret ingredients that make your job at The Coca-Cola
Company so refreshing?
One Key Ingredient is Opportunity
“When I look back at the last 13 years at The Coca-Cola Company, I can really
see all the opportunities that this company has presented to me. I began as a
manager. Now, I’m a regional vice president. I’ve had the opportunity to work
with the No. 1 brand in the world and its strong portfolio of products that make
such the difference in our sales.
I’ve had the privilege to work with some of the most talented and passionate
professionals in the industry. They are focused, energized and want to succeed
– but more importantly, they want to make a difference.
I’ve had the chance to see things that I never thought I would have. My international
assignments have taken me all over the world. I’ve seen my Boston sports teams
win. I went to Olympics in Italy and Greece.
I’ve seen my efforts with diversity take shape. They’re starting to get noticed
by people outside the Company, like when we won the Diversity Inc. award
and when I was named one of the top 50 under 50 for National
Black MBA professionals. I’ve seen great PR that attracts top talent, and
I’m proud of work that my division’s president is doing.
I’ve had an opportunity to go to the Executive Leadership Meeting, where Neville
Isdell gave a speech that was amazing. The Coca-Cola Company is really one
place where the opportunities are truly endless.”
