Meeting Directions and Admission Information

Shareowners of record as of the close of business on February 22, 2010 are entitled to attend The Coca-Cola Company 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareowners on Wednesday, April 21, 2010. The meeting will be held at the Gwinnett Center, Grand Ballroom, 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway, Duluth, Georgia  30097 and will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.

If you are a shareowner of record, please bring your admission ticket, which is attached to your proxy card, or shareowner meeting notice, with you to the meeting.

If you are a beneficial owner, please bring the notice or voting instruction form you received from your bank, brokerage firm or other nominee for admission to the meeting. You also may bring your brokerage statement reflecting your ownership of Common Stock as of February 22, 2010 with you to the meeting. We can use that to verify your ownership and admit you to the meeting.

Persons acting as proxies must bring a valid proxy from a shareowner who owns shares as of record date, February 22, 2010.

All shareowners and proxies will need to bring a photo ID to gain admission.

Please note that cameras, sound or video recording equipment, cellular telephones, blackberries or other similar equipment, electronic devices, large bags, briefcases or packages will not be allowed in the meeting room.

DIRECTIONS TO THE GWINNETT CENTER
6400 SUGARLOAF PARKWAY, DULUTH, GEORGIA  30097

Traveling North on I-85 take the Sugarloaf Parkway Exit. Turn right off the exit, go back under the Interstate and cross over Satellite Boulevard. The Center will be on your left. 

Alternate Route: Take I-85 to the Highway 120 Exit West. Turn right on Satellite Boulevard. The Center will be 1/2 mile on your left.

Traveling South on I-85 take the Sugarloaf Parkway Exit. Turn right off the exit and you cross over Satellite Boulevard. The Center will be on your left.

Alternate Route: Take I-85 to Highway 120 West exit. Turn right onto Highway 120. Turn right onto Satellite Boulevard. The Center will be 1/2 mile on your left.

Gwinnett Center is about 45 minutes north on I-85 from Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
