Gary P. Fayard, Chief Financial Officer, joined the company in 1994 as Vice President and Controller. He was promoted to the role of
Senior Vice President and
Chief Financial Officer in 1999 and to his current position as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2003. He also currently serves on the board of directors of Coca-Cola FEMSA.
Mr. Fayard also serves on the board of the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, the University of Alabama Board of Visitors and the University of Alabama President''s Cabinet. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. He previously has served on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council and the American Assembly at Columbia University, as well as the boards of Coca-Cola Enterprises, the Alliance Theater and the American Kidney Foundation.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fayard served 19 years with Ernst & Young, concluding his service there as a partner, area director of audit services, and area director of manufacturing services.
Mr. Fayard received his bachelor's degree from The University of Alabama College of Commerce and Business Administration. |
